Please Read and Review The Following:
- All parties must have a
minimum of 8 attendees. If attendees fall short of
the minimum, the party giver will still be charges
the for the minimum. Adults can paint in place of
children. Pottery wheel parties need to meet age
requirements and attendance requirements.
- Drop-offs are encourages for
all parties. There is a MAXIMUM OF 5 NON-PAINTERS in
order to maximize party room space. There will be an
additional $2.00 charge add to every additional
non-painter once over the maximum.
Non-painters are not
permitted to use tables outside of party area.
- Party fee includes 1 1/2 hour
studio time, party piece according to package,
paints, supplies, glazing, and firing. The STAR
PACKAGE includes 8 of each: iced cookies or
cupcakes, drink boxes, balloons, candles, and keep
sake photo.
- Ceramics and Glass Fusing art
will be ready for pick up by the host one week after
the party. Clay is ready in two weeks. Mosaics can
be taken home the day of the event with a simple
grouting kit. We cannot be held responsible for
breakage of items left after three weeks from date
of pick up. We will hold party piece for a maximum
of 30 day before donation them to charity.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit
is required at time of event booking
- Party giver assumes the risk
for any breakage by guest and will abide by store
policy
- The party is contracted to
begin and end at the time listed above. Please have
guests arrive and depart on time. If runs past
agreed upon time, a charge of $6.00 per guest will
be added to the cost of the party fee.
- 15% gratuity will be added to
the bill of parties with 8 or more guests
