Does The Painted Pot rent out the entire studio?

Yes, contact management at thepaintedpotstl@yahoo.com with your desired date and time for your event. Check out additional private event information 

 

Can we fire pieces that weren’t purchased here?

No I’m sorry; we don't know what materials your original project was created in and we don't want to risk ruining your work or our kilns

 

What is the age limit to paint here?

There is no age limit.

 

How long will it take to get my piece back after I paint it?

Pottery and Glass turn-around is one week. Faster firing can be made by request needs and need a minimum of three – four days and could have an addition fee.

 

Can I bring in my own pottery to paint and have you fire them?

No I’m sorry; if you have questions you can contact management

 

Does the glaze have lead in it? Is it safe for kids?

All our glazes are non-toxic, water based and washable

 

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, they come in any denomination and are good for everything in the studio.

I forgot about my pottery, how long do you keep finished work?

All project are guaranteed to be held for 60 daysall unclaimed project(s) become property of The Painted Pot after 60 days

Didn't finish your pottery in one session? 

No problem...

  • All unfished pottery can be take home with creators and brought back at a later date.

  • We do not have the capacity to store unfinished projects in-studio; all unfinished project need to be taken home with creators

  • Proof of purchase must be presented upon returning to finish all pottery items

  • All unfinished pottery must be completed and fired within 60 days of purchase date

  • All items finished after 60 days require proof of studio purchase and will be subject to an $8.00 studio fee per item, per visit.

Need to cancel an event? 

Classes and special event can be cancellation at The Painted Pots discretion; payment will be issued back in the form of original payment and/or offered in the form of studio credit.

 

Classes and Special Event Cancellation Policy:

Currently all Classes and Event are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Studio Credit will be issued to any cancellations 48 hours prior to the start of the event. You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost. 

 

All Inclusive & Custom Party Cancellation Policy:

Party deposits are currently NON-REFUNDABLE.  Any party cancellations requested fourteen (14) days prior the scheduled date of your event will be issued full studio credit.  Parties cancelled within the eight (8) days of your scheduled event, will be issued 50% of event deposit in studio credit.  You can reschedule your party as long as you are not within eight (8) day prior to to start of your scheduled event with no charger; Please note your party must be rescheduled within three (3) months. Party cancellations or rescheduling are not accepted by voice mail or e-mail.

 

Camp Cancellation Policy:

All Camps are NON-REFUNDABLE
